About the role
Our client is a leading software company that is expanding rapidly and is now on the lookout for experienced telemarketing executives. Due to the nature of the services being offered the role will suit a candidate with experience in the IT telemarketing or related sector.
Responsibilities
- Development & growth of new business from CRM database through telephone-based marketing activity
- Prospecting & canvassing for new business by building rapport and developing an understanding of the prospect's business and procurement process
- Converting potential leads to appointments
- Co-ordinating effectively with other business functions
- Working towards personal monthly sales-based targets
- Maintaining & updating a customer relationship database on clients/prospective clients
Requirements
- Previous IT B2B internal sales, account management, telemarketing, telesales, or recruitment experience
- Self-starter with strong time-management skills
- Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to meet tight deadlines
