Responsibilities
- Management and growth of dormant client portfolio
- Development and delivery of strategic account plans
- Identify, develop and deliver business opportunities
- Maintaining all relevant management information systems
- Providing support to the Sales Management team
- Identify contacts within target companies (employ effective account exploration and account mining tactics)
- Provide excellent customer service (handle all incoming information requests and sales calls promptly)
- Maintain good communication to maximise deal closure
- Strive to hit and exceed given KPIs and targets
Requirements
- Previous B2B internal sales, account management, telesales, or recruitment experience
- Self-starter with strong time-management skills
- Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to meet tight deadlines
