Responsibilities

  • Management and growth of dormant client portfolio
  • Development and delivery of strategic account plans
  • Identify, develop and deliver business opportunities
  • Maintaining all relevant management information systems
  • Providing support to the Sales Management team
  • Identify contacts within target companies (employ effective account exploration and account mining tactics)
  • Provide excellent customer service (handle all incoming information requests and sales calls promptly)
  • Maintain good communication to maximise deal closure
  • Strive to hit and exceed given KPIs and targets

Requirements

  • Previous B2B internal sales, account management, telesales, or recruitment experience
  • Self-starter with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
